How to use

Four steps, ten seconds

STEP 1

Wash and dry

Clean, dry skin holds the adhesive far better than skin with oil or moisturiser on it.

STEP 2

Peel and place

Take off the backing and lay the strip across the bridge of your nose, centred.

STEP 3

Press and reflekt

Press the ends down for a few seconds. Read the line inside the pouch while you do.

STEP 4

Remove gently

Loosen with warm water and lift slowly from each end.

Before you buy

Questions worth asking

Will it stay on all night?

That is what the athletic adhesive is for. Apply to clean, dry skin and press the ends down for a few seconds — most people get a full night out of one strip.

Will it irritate my skin?

The adhesive is hypoallergenic and the strip is latex-free and drug-free. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, and stop using it if irritation appears. If you have sensitive skin or a skin condition, check with your doctor first.

Does it help with a deviated septum?

A nasal strip lifts the outside of the nose and can make breathing feel easier, but it does not correct a deviated septum — that is a structural issue inside the nose. If a deviated septum is affecting your sleep or breathing, speak to an ENT.

Is it a snoring cure?

No. Snoring has many causes and some of them are medical. A strip may help if your snoring is related to restricted nasal airflow, but it is not a treatment, and it will not address sleep apnoea. Persistent snoring or daytime tiredness is worth raising with a doctor.

How many strips come in a pack?

Thirty, plus the mirror-inverted card. At one a day that is a month.

Can I wear it while training?

Yes. It is built for sweat and movement — running, lifting, sparring, cycling.

When will it arrive?

Orders leave Nashville within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery inside the US usually lands between 2 and 14 business days depending on how far out you are. You get tracking as soon as it ships.

What is your return policy?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email support@reflektshop.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used strip packs, or returns for change of mind. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
